Our JUMBO rides can hold up to 300 pounds. This means bigger riders can ride with smaller ones !Ages 4-94.

Our mini animal rides can hold up to 80 pounds

and light cycles hold up to 300 pounds with only one rider permitted, due to design of the ride.

Glad you asked ! The service fee can cover many things depending on the agreements made, but basically it covers cost of transport, Zoo riders staff costs and basic maintenance. Zoo rider staff is available and present at all events for training and safety .Typical fee is anywhere from $50-$100 but can vary depending on location and travel, all fees and pricing is upfront with no surprise or hidden fees !

Yes, our rides come with state of the art safety features:

Our rides are equipped with, a fully digital 12v power system and BUMP BREAKERS , which are devices that sense the ride bumping into things and shuts the ride power down, a simple on off switch resets the ride. Animal rides have easy push button GO activation on the handle bars, oversized foot pads. soft plush skins that have padding in key areas for protection, our rides a made of heavy duty metal framing with hidden components only staff can access.

All riders are given hands on instruction on function and safety by our staff !

Our Jumbos have a digitally monitored 12v that system allows for up to 8 hours of riding time. Pending on weight and terrain. Mini animal rides have a up to 4 hour ride time, and our light cycles are 8 hour charges.

Rest assured your rental will come fully charged and ready to go. in the event of ride issue, your Zoo Riders staff is on site to solve your problem. Back up rides are always available upon unfixable problems.

Currently we accept, cash, credit/debit, cash app, Venmo, Crypto, and cooperate checks ( allow up to 3 business days to clear)

Rental payments are due at least 48 hours before event.

Refunds are granted based on acts of God, not including service fees. For full refund , cancellations require a 24 hour notice or payments are forfeited to zoo riders.

Some events may require additional costs for travel and expenses based on event location and/or logistics. All our fees are upfront. We never have hidden costs.
